Eric MaslowskiResearch Computer Specialist (734) 615-9699 emaslows(at)umich.edu Eric is an experienced graphics programmer and 3D artist for the lab who focuses primarily on developments for the newly refurbished CAVE system. He is also an Autodesk Certified Trainer for 3D Studio Max and provides training and support for students, faculty, and staff. |

Scott Hammhamms(at)umich.edu http://www-personal.umich.edu/~hamms/ Scott worked at the 3D Lab from November, 2003 to February 2008. His primary responsibilities included creating 3D models and animations and integrating these models into presentations and short films, generating 3D data from physical objects with the lab’s handheld laser scanner. Scott currently works for Instructional Support Services at the University of Michigan, and can be reached by email at the same address. |

Lars Schumannlarsi(at)graphics.cornell.edu Lars worked for the UM3D Lab from March, 1999 to September, 2008. He has extensive experience in 3d computer visualization and programming. He collaborated on dozens of innovative and interdisciplinary projects from diverse fields, including medicine, engineering, kinesiology, architecture, urban planning, art, and music. His projects range from creating real-time or web-based, interactive programs, such as the Virtual Football Trainer and Network for Earthquake Engineering Simulation, to visualizing complex data, like geo-referenced data in Google Earth and uterine activity in the human birth process. |
