The University of Michigan 3D Lab has a wide range of software packages available for all members of the university community. Whether you are building digital characters, want to reconstruct a mesh from a MRI scan, or design architectural spaces; the software available can help you reach your research or project goals on some of the fastest public computers on campus. If you are unsure about what package would be best for your project or need training for a specific tool, contact us and we'll happily guide you through the process. The majority of software is available in our Modeling and Animation Lab and accessible through a simple form found in the lab, however, other software is reserved for project work or at special request.
